Fellas Handyman LLC ("we", "us") operates handymanfellas.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it and the choices you have.

• Information you give us: when you use our quote request form we receive your name, mobile number, email address (if you add it), neighborhood or ZIP code, the service you need, your message and any photos or files you attach.
• Automatically collected: our hosting provider logs technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the Site working. We may use Google Analytics, which uses cookies or similar technologies to measure visits to the Site.

How we use it

To answer your request, prepare your quote and schedule our services; to operate, secure and improve the Site; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you text us, or check the box on our form, we use your number only to reply about what you asked for (your quote, scheduling and follow-ups about that job). Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts without your prior express consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your phone number or consent with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business and the Site (for example web hosting, email and Google), under their own privacy terms, or when required by law.

Cookies

The Site itself does not require cookies to work. Google Analytics may set cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com. We do not use tools that record your screen activity, mouse movements or keystrokes on the Site.

Do Not Track

Retention and security

We keep requests for as long as needed to respond and for our records (up to 2 years), then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
